About Us

The couple behind Dubs met in 2019 and moved in together just before the Covid shutdowns. They spent much of the lock down building new gardens behind their apartment in Burlington.

After settling down in Enosburg they decided to follow their dreams of starting a farm.  Julie had wanted to learn how to process poultry for most of her life. She finally had the chance to learn in 2021 and it was meant to be! Meanwhile Marc is contributing his passion of indoor mushroom cultivation.

When not working on the farm they're often found at home snuggled in bed with their 5 cats binge watching Letterkenny.

Marc and Julie both have last names beginning with 'W' which some folks will pronounce Dub-ya and then shorten to just Dub. So we're the Dubs!
